There are three ensuite bedrooms, with additional access to a large stylish bathroom with free-standing bath.

All three rooms include:

Tea Station,
Towels.

The Crosby Room

This is a large north facing room with views over undulating fields. This room includes a large king-size zipper bed, which can convert to two comfortable single beds.

The Blundellsands Room

This large south-east facing room, with a large, comfortable king-size bed, has rural views towards Brougher Mountain.

The Waterloo Room

This large south-east facing room has rural views over Tullnincrin countryside and Brougher Mountain. This room includes a comfortable king-size bed, purpose built wardrobe space and good size shower room.
